What do you mean the doctors didnt have any answers for you??? They didnt know how much they were going to charge you to keep you halve alive so their families could live it up on your money??!!

This might sound crazy, but can you go back to school to get the dietitian degree or license? It may be too much trouble depending on how many credits or how much school an individual would need, but if it were only a couple of additional credits from the degree you already have – I see it as a loophole you can use to beat the bull crap law.
Then everyone would be a dietitian + their other expertise. Kinda crazy I know. Just brainstorming. I know that primary focus must be on legislation.

If “alternate” medicine is proven to work more than just a placebo, it becomes mainstream medicine and is used by real doctors. There are only two types of medicine, ones that work and ones that don’t work.

Try visiting the dr office a few days before your appointment. Just go in the waiting room & get comfortable being there.
Tell your dr & the staff of your anxiety, they may also be able to help you with this.

treat your doctor as a friend, think that you’re just visiting an old friend/ relative? i have been at my family doctor for my whole life, we have lots to talk about such as the economy and things that are irrelevant to health.
